Catalina has an MBA from the Said Business School of Oxford University and has worked with 3 innovation “labs” in the last 10 years, in social services design and health tech.
Some of the things she’s most proud of include boot-strapping a market research platform that got acquired by WPP, launching an employability service in London, develop a digital coaching service for heart attack survivors, and, most recently, designing and launching a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to health & happiness studies.
Prior to dedicating her energy to making innovation happen she ran a top 3 advertising agency in Romania and an insights consultancy in the UK. She also has 9 years of teaching at the University of Bucharest where she established the “The Management of Advertising Agency” course in 1999.
